What it’s all about!

 

When we embark on the journey of health and fitness, it is extremely important for us to work to create habits that are easy attainable for us and our unique lifestyle.  Reaching our personal health and fitness goals is not about following a meal plan and fitness regime.  As much as I would like to say it is this simple, it just isn’t as it is not a straight and narrow path from point A to point B.

In order for us to reach our goals and allow for the new found health to be sustained throughout our lifetime is to work to create new habits, and work to create the unique nutrition and fitness plan that personally works for us and our unique lifestyle.

Training is focused on properly guiding clients through various exercises that focuses on strength training techniques utilizing various types of resistance, including body weight.

The core focus of these trainings is to help guide the clients to learn how to incorporate an exercise regime into their busy lifestyle.

I work closely with each client to help them learn and understand the basics of sound nutrition by guiding them to let go of the “one size fits all approach” by finally breaking the diet cycle and working to create a plan that fits their unique lifestyle.

 What’s included with 1:1 Coaching!

  • A 12 week program (minimum amount to qualify for 1:1 coaching)  that includes:

  • A weekly workout schedule

  • 20 to 30 minute workouts

  • 3 workouts per week; 2 strength and 1 cardio = a total of 36 workouts

  • An App for access to all workouts, workout calendar, daily check-in, and to view the video tutorials for each exercise! 

  • Video tutorials to show how to properly perform each exercise for the workouts.

 

  • Email access with 24 hour response time Monday through Friday

 

  • text check-in with me once per week for the 12 weeks every Friday between the hours of noon-6:00 pm.

  • 2, 45 minute phone OR video calls scheduled with me (one in the beginning and then one at the end of the 12 weeks; additional calls can be done for $49.97 per call).

 Why work with me?

 

Because I used to be just like you!!  I have been on my own personal health and fitness journey since December 2013, where I reached my all time highest weight of 245 lbs.  I was tired all of the time, unhappy, depressed, energy so low that it was hard to be able to take care of my daughter and be present with my husband.  I was miserable and lost the person I was.  I had no idea at that time who Stacy was or what she was about because I was constantly putting everyone and everything in front of taking care of myself. I hated how I looked and would often avoid mirrors and having my picture taken.  I had tried so many diets and exercise programs over the course of 10 years and I always ended up failing; not only that I would always end up gaining back the little weight that I lost and then some!  I was tired of the way I felt and how I felt about myself and I knew that the only way I was going to be able to raise my daughter to be the type of woman I hoped she would be was to be the role model that she needed.  So I took the steps to make the changes necessary so that I could get my life back!  

And because I am a mom and a wife that works and has a home to also care for, I totally get what it is life to be living on a budget, to try and fit in exercise, as well as make a simple healthy meal that won’t end up being the type where we have to make 2 or 3 meals in the night (because let’s be real, who the hell has time for this?!?).  So I get where you currently are and I KNOW where you can go!!  IF I can do it, so can you!  And I am fully ready to help get you there as your coach, mentor, support system, accountability partner, and friend!
